1. What is your working hours?
We know that our operating hours are unconventional, but please understand that behind TudungPeopleBN is a team of two (2)— one is a supermom with 2 beautiful (but dramatic) toddlers and the other is a (struggling) graduate student who is currently based in South Korea.
2. Are all TP collections available in-stock?
- Most of TP collections are in-stock, unless stated otherwise.
3. How do I make payment?
- Purchases at our Serusop showroom -> we accept Cash and Bank Transfer as payment method.
- Website purchases -> we are only accepting payment via BIBD Bank Transfer.
- Payment can be made to the account details as shown below:
- Please make FULL PAYMENT within 24 hours after you placed an order. Quote the confirmation order ID and send a screenshot of your Online Transfer transaction or a photo of CDM Receipt to our WhatsApp hotline +673-8733795 for verification purposes.
4. How can I collect my order?
- You may opt for self-collection or delivery.
(i) Self collection – You can collect your item at our Serusop showroom. Your item will only be available for pick-up once FULL payment is received. We will update you once your item is ready for collection.
(ii) Delivery – We use local runners for delivery. Additional charges of BND5 within Brunei-Muara and BND6 for Tutong/Belait/Temburong. All orders above BND85, you are entitled for FREE delivery.
Important Note: All delivery orders are scheduled twice (2x) a week every Wednesday and Saturday only. Any urgent delivery order(s) are subjected to our runner's availability schedule. You are welcome to arrange for your own delivery and/or pick-up, as well :)
5. I request for delivery, when will my order be delivered?
- Delivery is arranged every Wednesday and Saturday (occasionally on Sunday).
- Delivery will only be arranged once FULL payment is received. Kindly make payment before our scheduled delivery days of every week.
6. Do you have a physical store or showroom?
- YES! Our showroom is now open every Tuesday to Saturday from 10AM to 5PM and Friday from 2PM to 5PM. Please note that we are closed every Monday and Sunday.
7. Where is your showroom?
- Our showroom is located at Unit 1C, First Floor, Block C, Pelangi Complex Kg. Delima Satu, Berakas
- Find Simpang 48, same building as Aezu Cafe Serusop, same area as Mothercare, Dr Amir's Clinic and Raziqin Restaurant)
8. Can I still place order for the collections that are sold out?
- Subject on collections' stock availability with TP Malaysia HQ.
- Please note that stock available on TP Malaysia website might not be available with TPHQ for international distributors.
- Keep a look out of our "PRE-ORDER" label to proceed with pre-order.
8. How long will it take for my pre-order item to arrive?
- For pre-order items, ETA 7-14 working days.
9. This item is faulty - can I request for exchange and refund?
- You may exchange and return your item within three (3) working days from the date you purchased and/or received the item. Refund will only be processed within 1-2 working days once we have received and checked on the item(s).
10. I want to change my item to another colour. How can I proceed?
- Exchanging your item to another colour is subjected on stock availability of the collection.
11. My item is a different colour than shown in the photo. How can that be?
- We sincerely apologise for the item not meeting your colour expectations. Camera settings and lighting might be the factors. Please understand that all photos are captured in a photography studio with bright lights from all angles. The colours are made to the most similar possible and might vary from each computer settings.
