1. What is your working hours?
Tuesday to Sunday: 10AM-5PM
Friday: 2PM-5PM
Monday: CLOSED
2. Are all TP collections available in-stock?
- Most of TP collections are in-stock, unless stated otherwise.
3. How do I make payment?
- In-store (Sunway Centre): Cash, Bank Transfer (BIBD/Baiduri), BIBD QuickPay, Progresif Ding! and Credit/Debit Card.Â
- Website (online) purchase: Payment acceptable via Bank Transfer only.
📣 If you wish to make payment of your online (website) order at our store in Sunway Centre, please inform our Sales Assistant through WhatsApp (+673-8733795) and drop by to our store within 2 days to make payment. Any later than 2 days, your online order may be automatically be cancelled.Â
4. How can I collect my order?

You may opt for Store Pick Up or Delivery.
(i) Store Pick Up - You can collect your order at our store in Sunway Centre. Your order will only be processed and packed once FULL PAYMENT is received. Notification will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
*We are located Unit E36, Ground Floor, Block E, Sunway Centre Kg. Sg Tilong, Mukim Berakas (Shop Unit next to Zus Coffee).
(ii) Delivery – We use local runners for delivery. Additional charges of BND5 within Brunei-Muara and BND6 for Tutong/Belait/Temburong. All orders above BND85, you are entitled for FREE delivery.
Important Note: All delivery orders are subjected to our runner's availability schedule. You are welcome to arrange for your own delivery and/or pick-up, as well :)
5. I request for delivery, when will my order be delivered?
- Delivery will only be arranged once FULL payment is received.Â
6. Do you offer international shipping?
- Currently we are only operating within Brunei Darussalam.Â
- For international order, please go to TudungPeople Malaysia website (www.tudungpeople.com)
7. Can I still place order for the collections that are sold out?
- Collection stock availability is subject to TudungPeople's production and inventory.Â
- Please note that stock availability at TudungPeople Brunei may differ from TP Malaysia.Â
8. This item is faulty - can I request for exchange and refund?
- You may exchange and return your item within three (3) working days from the date you purchased and/or received the item.
- Refund will only be processed within 1-2 working days once we have received and checked on the item(s).
9. I want to change my item to another colour. How can I proceed?
- Exchanging your item to another colour is subjected on stock availability of the collection.
- Please contact our Sales Assistant via WhatsApp (+673-8733795) for assistance.
10. My item is a different colour than shown in the photo. How can that be?
- We sincerely apologise for the item not meeting your colour expectations. Camera settings and lighting might be the factors. Please understand that all photos are captured in a photography studio with bright lights from all angles. The colours are made to the most similar possible and might vary from each computer settings.
- You are welcome to drop by at our store in Sunway Centre to check on the colours and collections available in-person!Â
