Exchange and Refund

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your collection or orders received (delivery), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT be a sale item and ALL tags are still attached. Items must also be unworn, unmark, unaltered and most importantly, in a good and clean condition. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Clearance/Markdown Items
Strictly no exchange/ return/ refund for clearance and markdown items
Promo Items
1. Customer may request an exchange to different colour and size of the same or difference collection - subjected to availability.
2. Terms and conditions are applied for exchanges made during non-sale period.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ONE TO ONE/MULTIPLE EXCHANGE
1. Customer may exchange to any available collections. If the item is change to another collection with lower value, the balance will not be refunded.
If the exchanged item has higher value, customer will have to bear the price difference. 
2. If the exchange is made after the sale period ended, normal price is applied. 
EXCHANGE ITEM AND NEW SALES
1. Exchanged item(s) will not be included as new purchase.
Example:

Customer B bought 1 x MUNA. On the next day,  she requested for an exchange. She also bought another 2 promo items. 

  • Exchange 1 x MUNA > Action 1
  • Buy another 2 promo items (10% off) > Action 2

Action 1 will not be included in the new purchase, therefore the customer is only entitled to 10% discounts, not 15% discounts.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via WhatsApp that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Kindly provide us with your name and bank account details, and a refund will be transferred to you within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (especially if the refund is to a different bank).
