EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN
- Full priced items only.
- Original condition with packaging and tags intact.
- Original receipt or invoice must be presented.
- Not applicable for innerwear and accessories.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your purchased item(s) must NOT be a sale item and ALL tags are still attached. Items must also be unworn, unmark, unaltered and most importantly, in a good and clean condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our team reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange if the product purchased are sale items or not in original condition. Receipt or invoice of the purchase is required to proceed with the exchange and/or refund.
Reward points redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. This policy only applies to purchases made on our website (www.tudungpeoplebn.com) or at our Serusop showroom.
TudungPeopleBN is not responsible for third party purchases (i.e.: from personal shopper, or other TudungPeople distributor).

REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via WhatsApp that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Kindly provide us with your name and bank account details, and a refund will be transferred to you within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (especially if the refund is to a different bank).
